David is an attorney, longtime historian, author, and student of the Second and Fourteenth Amendments, and the Deed Scott case.
Mr. Hardy has 10 years’ governmental service, Interior Department, Washington D.C.; 33 years in private practice. Experience range from Endangered Species and Administrative Procedure Acts to a death penalty reversal in the Arizona Supreme Court.
David has authored 26 law review articles, two cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, and one by eleven U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and another by Larry Tribe’s American Constitutional Law. Author of five books, one a NY Times best-seller.
