Chuck, a third-generation psychic medium, was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He discovered his psychic abilities at a young age but chose to keep this aspect of himself private during his 32-year career as a police officer in Salem, Massachusetts. After retiring from the police force, Chuck embraced his gift fully and became a public figure in the field of psychic mediumship.
